Who We Are

Farm Environment Ltd is built on over 25 years of practical countryside management skills and knowledge.

Tony Seymour has provided environmental advice to the agricultural sector for over 16 years, mainly with the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group, but also as a freelance consultant. Prior to this, he was a countryside ranger and manager and farm worker. Tony has a degree in zoology, is an Associate Member of the Association of Countryside Managers, a full member of the Institute of Ecological and Environmental Managers and a Chartered Environmentalist.

Tony's range of expertise extends across practical habitat management, multiple land-use management, habitat and species surveying and mapping. He has considerable experience of project development, funding and management as well as individual and group training and development.

Rory Sandison worked with FWAG for 4 years, initially volunteering as a student. Rory has worked as a general farm worker for both large arable units in Essex and biodynamic farms in East Lothian.

Rory has a strong agricultural and equestrian background. He has an BSc(Hons) in Agriculture and the Environment which he studied for at Writtle College in Essex. He is an expert in grassland management, having been the BTCV Natural Talent apprentice grassland specialist. Rory is a graduate member of the Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management.
